This is the thirteenth guest lecture of this year's 2025-2026 academic year on advanced training in the specialty D4 "Public Management and Administration" on the online educational platform of NT USHA, UMO NAPS of Ukraine and DIMS from a series of public speeches by representatives of the Ukrainian School of Archetypalism in the context of popularizing the results of NT USHA research.
The initiative to hold open guest lectures belongs to the USHA, in particular to its leader Eduard Afonin - Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, Department of Public Administration and Project Management of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management and Psychology of the UMO NAPS of Ukraine and the former professor of this department, and now the rector of the Dnipro Institute of Medicine and Public Health Iya Degtyareva - Doctor of Public Administration, Professor.
The lecture will be useful to everyone who is interested in the development of the Ukrainian state, the factors behind its victory in the war with the Russian Federation, and the discovery of the potential of post-war reconstruction.
