To apply to the Private Higher Education Institution “Ukrainian Medical University”, prospective students must prepare a set of documents in accordance with the requirements of the Admissions Committee.

01A completed application form in the prescribed format.
02An identity and citizenship document – passport or birth certificate (original and copy).
03A certificate confirming the taxpayer identification number (original and copy).
04A state-issued document confirming the previously obtained educational or educational and professional qualification level on the basis of which admission is sought, together with its supplement (school-leaving certificate or diploma, original and copy).
05A copy of the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) certificate or certificates for applicants with a complete general secondary education qualification, for the years 2023–2026.
06Six colour photographs, 3 × 4 cm.
07Military registration document (for persons liable for military service).
08Two tie folders.
