Organisation of the Educational Process

The educational process at the Institute is conducted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, relevant regulatory legal acts and institutional regulations governing educational activities.

The main focus of the Institute’s educational activities is the training of Master’s degree graduates who are highly qualified and competitive in both national and international labour markets. Institute graduates successfully pursue careers in research and educational institutions, government bodies, enterprises and organisations of various forms of ownership. The educational process is aimed at developing professional competences and fostering national, cultural and universal human values.

Education is delivered in accordance with European higher education standards and takes into account the recommendations of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), ensuring transparency in the mechanisms and procedures governing educational activities.

The content of education is determined by higher education standards, educational programmes, curricula, students’ individual study plans, course syllabi and other regulatory documents issued by public authorities and the Institute. All these requirements are reflected in the relevant teaching and learning materials.

The language of the educational process (including instruction and assessment) at the Institute is the state language (Ukrainian). The use of foreign languages in the educational process is governed by applicable legislation.
